Soyeon fulfills vegetable mukbang promise to celebrate 1st place win... "I hate people who don't keep promises most"
Singer Soyeon conducted a 'Vegetable Mukbang Show,' eating vegetables she does not usually enjoy, to keep a promise made to her fans. Through her YouTube channel 'Soyeon's Girlhood Diary,' Soyeon showed herself fulfilling the vegetable mukbang pledge she had made to celebrate being brought to 1st place by the fandom 'NEVERLAND.'
"I hate people who don't keep promises most"... Vegetable mukbang to celebrate 1st place begins
In the video, Soyeon expressed her gratitude for achieving 1st place and mentioned the vegetable mukbang pledge she had carelessly made while appearing as a radio DJ in the past. Recalling the situation at the time when she said, "If I hit 1st place, I will eat vegetables," Soyeon stated that she prepared a vegetable course meal to keep the promise, saying, "I hate people who don't keep promises most in the world."

In the video, Soyeon confessed that she does not usually enjoy vegetables. In particular, Soyeon expressed her honest stance by showing different levels of aversion to various cooking methods, such as raw vegetables, roasted vegetables, stir-fried vegetables, and fried vegetables, saying, "I hate wet vegetables even more." The prepared course meal consisted of a total of four stages, from appetizer to main dish and dessert.
From Vietnamese spring rolls to Mediterranean cuisine... The difficult vegetable course meal
The menu that appeared as the first course was carrot apple coconut water and cucumber cold soup. Facing the coconut and cucumber cold soup, Soyeon showed signs of being in a difficult position, saying, "I hate vegetables that have soaked up water even more," but she attempted the carrot juice and coconut while being conscious of the fans' reactions. Regarding the menu of eating broccoli dipped in red chili paste (chojang), she expressed embarrassment, saying, "It only tastes like chojang," but while eating the broccoli to keep her promise, she reacted by saying, "It's better than I thought."

The most difficult process was the Vietnamese spring rolls and the main dish. Soyeon lamented that the Vietnamese spring rolls were "the hardest," and when she faced the Mediterranean home-style dish prepared as the main dish, she revealed her struggle, saying, "It's a collection of the things I hate most (mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, avocado)." Soyeon showed herself trying to eat the food with a smile, saying, "I don't want to see the fans looking sad."
"Looking back, it's all romance"... Sincere gratitude toward fans
After finishing the long mukbang, Soyeon expressed deep affection for her fans. Soyeon said, "Thanks to NEVERLAND, I am spending happy days being loved through music," and added that even the moment of eating vegetables she doesn't usually like, "at least the moment of chewing, I was not unhappy."

Recalling the moments of hardship, Soyeon delivered a message saying, "The difficult moments, the hardships and adversities of life, seem like nothing once they pass, and it's all romance." Finally, Soyeon concluded the video by repeatedly expressing her gratitude to the fans, saying, "I will become a Soyeon who works even harder in the future."
