Lee Seung-yoon's Behind-the-Scenes at LALALA Festival 2026 in Indonesia… "I want to build a beautiful house for the songs I couldn't finish and give them as an album"

The local behind-the-scenes daily life of singer Lee Seung-yoon, who participated in 'LALALA Festival 2026' held in Jakarta, Indonesia, has been revealed. The released video captures the journey from the process of heading to Jakarta for the festival to the waiting time locally, and his mindset ahead of the performance.

Lee Seung-yoon revealed his serious attitude toward music through an interview in the video. Mentioning songs he could not finish in the past, he stated, "I had the thought that someday I want to build a really beautiful house for them and make them into an album." He continued to share his feelings about the process of continuing his musical activities, saying, "It is very overwhelming to think that I worked so hard on my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd albums to release that beautiful house."

Additionally, he recalled past overseas performance experiences in Czechia, Germany, and Taiwan, explaining the differences in the atmosphere of audiences by country. He mentioned that in Czechia, due to the nature of large-scale festivals, mindset was important, in Germany there was the fun of gathering in small groups outdoors, and he looked back on how many fans visited his performances in Japan.

Preparation amidst Jakarta's humidity and exotic scenery

Upon arriving in Jakarta, Indonesia, Lee Seung-yoon shared his impressions of the local climate and atmosphere. He mentioned the local climate, saying, "It is my first time in Indonesia and also my first time in Jakarta. I think this level of humidity is also a first for me." Revealing that it was a long journey with a flight time of 7 hours, he also expressed curiosity about the exotic scenery and food of the country.

His everyday life locally was also captured. Celebrating his birthday, Lee Seung-yoon was seen looking around a shopping mall while contemplating a gift for himself. He showed himself finding small joys, such as considering purchasing a guitar or picking out clothes at a local clothing store, and experienced new characteristics of Jakarta by tasting local foods like Galbitang and Galbijjim.

Lee Seung-yoon showed a serious attitude toward the performance, confessing, "I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about performing well on stage." During the rehearsal process, he mentioned the changes in mood felt whenever the stage scenery changed, talking about the special experience that only a festival stage provides.
