The cast of the tvN variety program 'Sixth Sense: B-Side' visited a rice specialty restaurant located in Yeongdeungpo to taste various varieties of rice and continue their reasoning. The restaurant stated that it consumes about 12–13kg of rice per week and records a monthly sales figure of around 12 million won. Additionally, they adopt an operating method where rice is provided for free if side dishes are ordered.

To enhance the quality of the rice, the restaurant serves side dishes that pair well with the aroma and flavor of the rice, such as grilled mackerel, spicy stir-fried pork, and soybean paste stew. In particular, the mackerel is served grilled without seasoning so as not to interfere with the aroma of the rice.
