Contrary to her strong outward appearance, Eun-ji confessed, "My physical strength is actually quite poor," adding, "I only look like I'm doing well because I keep pushing through even when it's hard; in reality, I am winning through mental strength."

Furthermore, opinions diverged on whether hiking helps with dieting. While she had once lost 10kg by hiking without eating anything, she now agreed that "the moment you eat, the diet is completely ruined," emphasizing that hiking is an exercise for seeing beautiful scenery rather than for the purpose of losing weight. They also discussed the habit of taking nutritional supplements during hikes and the drinks they consume instead of coffee. In particular, Eun-ji mentioned her difficulty swallowing pills and showed herself taking supplements in a form that can be dissolved in water.

The course the two hiked was a route that took about 2 hours, starting from Bomunsanseong, passing through Sirubong, and returning to the starting point. As expected of a mountain loved within the city, the video showed well-maintained stairs and forest paths lush with tree shade. They particularly expressed anticipation for the wide-open views near the summit and the night view that would unfold beyond the fortress. Eun-ji said that after experiencing seeing a rainbow while hiking in her early 20s, she began visiting the mountains every week. Eun-ji added, "Being a YouTuber becomes work, so there are parts where I have to care about views or the weather, but I have separated climbing as a new hobby that I can stop at any time."

Concluding the hike, the two had a deep conversation about life. Eun-ji recalled that advice she received from an elderly person she met during a past hike became a major milestone in her life. At the time, the elderly person gave her the advice, "Do not hesitate, just do what you want to do," which she said had a great influence on her starting YouTube.

The advice, "Rather than regretting, just do it and then regret it," served as a reminder that life is a continuous series of challenges. The participants finished their hike by forming a consensus on an attitude toward life—embracing challenges without fear of failure and feeling the charm that new experiences provide as they age.
