Vietnamese spring rolls that even novice cooks can easily make

Ingredients: rice paper, bell peppers, cucumber, red cabbage, beet, shrimp, chili sauce, sand lance fish sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, Cheongyang chili pepper

Directions

1. If the shrimp are frozen, thaw them, then boil them in hot water until ready to eat.

2. Thinly julienne the bell peppers, cucumber, red cabbage, and beet.

3. To make the sauce, add 2 tablespoons of sand lance fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice to a container. Add finely minced Cheongyang chili pepper and mix to complete the sauce.

4. Briefly dip a sheet of rice paper in hot water, place it on a plate, then add the prepared bell peppers, cucumber, red cabbage, beet, shrimp, and sauce before wrapping it up.

5. Place the Vietnamese spring rolls on a plate and enjoy.
