Ingredients (for 1 serving): 180g Chinese fresh noodles, pork, squid tentacles, baby shrimp, onion, zucchini, green onion, cucumber, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp chunjang (black bean paste), 1 tbsp hwangdujang (yellow soybean paste), 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp potato starch, 1 tbsp chicken stock
1. Dice the onion, zucchini, and pork.
2. Blanch the baby shrimp and finely chopped squid tentacles and set them aside.
3. Pour oil into a heated pan and sauté the pork and minced ginger.
4. Once the meat is cooked, add green onions to add aroma.
