How to Make Sweet-and-Sour Fresh Minari Salad

Ingredients: minari, seasoning [soy sauce (15 ml), sesame oil (15 ml), minced garlic (5 g), sugar (3 g), minced green onion (10 g)]

  1. Remove the leaves from the minari and cut it into 5 cm lengths. Gently rinse in cold water, then drain in a sieve.
  2. Add salt to the minari and let it sit until it wilts.
  3. Rinse several times in water and squeeze out the moisture thoroughly.
  4. Place the minari and seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
