How to make a beautiful egg roll
To roll the egg roll well, Kim Su-mi placed only half of the pan over the fire. By applying heat only to the edge of the pan, the eggs roll more easily. Once it is cooked to some extent, continue rolling it by overlapping it with the undercooked part. This way, you can make an egg roll that is both delicious and visually appealing.
Chef Choi Hyun-seok, appearing as Kim Su-mi's disciple, completed the egg roll using another method. Pouring small amounts multiple times makes it easier and more beautiful to make the egg roll.
Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into a pan with olive oil and roll it to the end. Then, push it to one side and pour another small amount of the egg mixture to overlap and roll.
