Easy smoked duck recipes include pineapple fried rice, vegetable stir-fry, white kimchi rolls, and a chilled salad for housewarming parties.

Smoked duck dishes are perfect for housewarming parties. They don't require much effort and the cooking process isn't difficult. With just one pack of smoked duck purchased from a mart, you can make plenty of delicious dishes.

To make duck and pineapple fried rice, you need smoked duck, pineapple, garlic, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, eggs, shrimp, rice, fish sauce, turmeric, pepper, salt, nuts, and tender leafy greens. Cut the smoked duck into large pieces using kitchen scissors. Cut the pineapple, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into cubes. Slice the garlic. Remove the heads and shells from the raw shrimp, rinse them, and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add a little salt to the eggs and scramble them.

Put cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and smoked duck until golden brown. Sprinkle pepper on the raw shrimp and sauté until cooked. Add the pineapple, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and sauté. Add the rice and turmeric powder, then pour the fish sauce around the edges of the pan and stir well to combine. Add the eggs and season with salt.
To make smoked duck vegetable stir-fry, you need smoked duck, garlic, mung bean sprouts, jjokpa green onions, soy sauce, gochujang, corn syrup, and pepper. Slice the duck into bite-sized pieces, then rinse the mung bean sprouts under running water and drain them. Cut the jjokpa green onions into long strips and the garlic into appropriate sizes. Mix the smoked duck with a little soy sauce, gochujang, corn syrup, and pepper to let the flavors soak in. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic to release its aroma. Add the seasoned smoked duck and stir-fry. Once the duck is well seasoned and evenly stir-fried, add the jjokpa green onions and mung bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

To make smoked duck white kimchi rolls, you need white kimchi, smoked duck, mini bell peppers, red onion, perilla leaves, sprouts, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, hot mustard, yuzu syrup, and peanut butter. Since peanut butter may not mix well with liquids, first combine it with the hot mustard, sugar, and yuzu syrup, then add liquid ingredients such as vinegar and soy sauce and mix well. Thinly slice the red onion. Remove the stems from the mini bell peppers and cut them into thin strips.

Wash the sprouts thoroughly under running water and drain well. Place the smoked duck in a heated pan and grill both sides until golden brown. Separate the white kimchi from the kimchi juice and trim the stems. Spread one leaf out flat and place a perilla leaf on top. Add the grilled smoked duck, sprouts, mini bell peppers, and red onion, then roll up the kimchi leaf. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with the prepared yuzu mustard sauce.
To make smoked duck cold salad, you need smoked duck, bell pepper, cucumber, red cabbage, onion, sugar, vinegar, plum syrup, soy sauce, hot mustard, minced garlic, salt, and sesame oil. Before preparing the other ingredients, combine the sauce ingredients except the sesame oil to make the mustard sauce, then keep it in the refrigerator. Prepare the vegetables according to your preference. Shred the prepared vegetables into similar lengths. Arrange the shredded vegetables in a circle on a plate. Grill the duck in a pan. Place the cooled duck in the center of the plate and serve with the mustard sauce mixed with sesame oil.
