Altoran Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot Recipe
The ingredients for the Altoran beef bulgogi hot pot recipe are: △ 600g beef chuck △ 70g hwangtae △ 3 tbsp sesame oil △ 2 eggs △ green onions △ 6 cups water △ 1 cup brewed soy sauce △ 0.7 cup brown sugar △ 4 tbsp minced garlic △ 0.5 tbsp black pepper △ 4 tbsp red chili powder △ 6 tbsp rice wine △ 4 tbsp sesame oil.
1. Add the specified amounts of brewed soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, pepper, rice wine, sesame oil, and red chili powder to water.
2. Place 600g of beef chuck in a bowl and add five ladles of the seasoning from step 1, enough to submerge the beef.
3. Rinse 70g of hwangtae in water.
4. Squeeze the water out of the rinsed hwangtae and toss it with 3 tbsp of sesame oil.
5. Stir-fry the hwangtae in a pan for 3 minutes and let it cool.
6. Add 2 beaten eggs to the stir-fried hwangtae and stir well so the egg coats it evenly.
7. Place an appropriate amount of the seasoned beef chuck into a hot pot.
8. Once it begins to boil, add the hwangtae evenly, boil for 40 seconds until the egg is cooked, then mix well.
9. Top with 2 sliced green onions according to your preference to complete the dish.
