At some point, granola established itself as a popular meal option. Granola is made by mixing processed grains—primarily oatmeal, barley, brown rice, and corn—with coconut, nuts, syrups such as sugar, honey, or maple syrup, and vegetable oil, then baking the mixture in an oven. Dried fruits such as blueberries or cranberries are also often added. It is stirred several times during baking so that it forms clumps and is commonly eaten with yogurt, milk, or smoothies. Let's learn more about granola.

You may have also heard of muesli, which looks similar to granola. Granola is made by adding vegetable oils such as olive oil to grains like oats and whole grains, mixing them with coconut, nuts, and syrup, and then baking the mixture. During baking, it is broken into smaller pieces so that it forms clumps.

Granola can be eaten mixed with milk or yogurt, or used as a topping for smoothies or salads. The method is simple, so it can be easily made at home. Ingredients: 200g muesli, 100g nuts, 50g dried fruit, 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, 4 tbsp condensed milk, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. First, roast the nuts and muesli in a dry pan to enhance the nuttiness, then mix the syrup ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved and toss with the dried fruit. Next, spread butter on parchment paper on a flat tray and spread the mixed ingredients evenly. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12–15 minutes. Once baked, let the granola harden in the refrigerator, then cut it into bite-sized pieces with a knife.
