How do you make delicious “Manmulsang” pork gochujang stew?

1. Cut one geun (about 600 g) of pork collar into thick pieces about 3 cm in size.

2. Make the seasoning sauce with △4 tablespoons red pepper powder △2 tablespoons chili oil △2 tablespoons soy sauce △2 tablespoons tuna extract △2 tablespoons cooking wine △2 tablespoons minced garlic △2 tablespoons doenjang △1/2 tablespoon ginger △a little black pepper △6 spoonfuls gochujang.

3. Add 6 tablespoons of the seasoning sauce to the meat and season it.

4. Cut the potato into large 3 cm pieces, add 1 1/2 cups water and 4 tablespoons soup soy sauce, and microwave for 10 minutes.

5. Cut △1/2 onion △4 shiitake mushrooms △1/2 squash △1/2 block tofu into large pieces, and diagonally slice Cheongyang chili pepper and green onion, along with 1 red chili pepper.

6. Add the seasoned pork and 2 spoonfuls salted shrimp to a pot and stir-fry.

7. When the outside of the meat turns white, add 4 1/2 cups kelp stock and boil for 5 minutes.

8. When the broth comes to a boil, add the remaining seasoning sauce, the cooked potato, squash, and vegetables. Cover and boil for 5 minutes.

9. Add the green onion and red chili pepper to finish the “Manmulsang” pork gochujang stew.
