The manufacturing process and sales site of 'Sabyeolmi Tteok', made using rice personally cultivated by young farmer Shin Sang-min, who farms 20,000 pyeong of rice in Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do, has been revealed. Shin Sang-min operates approximately 20,000 pyeong of paddy fields in Yeonggwang and cultivates rice himself. The product made based on this harvested rice is the specialty rice cake commonly known as 'Sul-tteok'. The video explains that it takes about two days in total, including the fermentation process, to complete this rice cake.

In particular, the process of fermenting the dough usually takes more than 14 hours. When making the rice cake, non-glutinous rice is used instead of glutinous rice because the cake does not puff up if glutinous rice is used.
