Hungry at Night? This Yakisoba Recipe Makes the Perfect Late-Night Meal
Make easy homemade yakisoba with three sauce options, noodles, bacon, vegetables, kimchi, soft-cooked eggs, mayonnaise and bonito flakes.
Yakisoba is a Japanese stir-fried udon dish and is popular in Japan. It can be easily found throughout Japan and is also a staple at festivals and other events. Unlike regular soba, yakisoba noodles are made with wheat flour rather than buckwheat, making them similar to udon. In Korea, people may visit restaurants specializing in yakisoba or buy yakisoba products imported from Japan at supermarkets to enjoy the dish.
