Cabbage Juice and Cabbage Recipes

Additionally, it has the advantage of being easy to carry, making it convenient for busy modern people to take with them. If you have a blender at home, you can also make cabbage juice by blending cabbage with warm water.
1. Cabbage Wraps (Ssam)
This is one of the simplest dishes to prepare and can be served with every meal. For one serving, prepare 30g of cabbage and 20g of ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste). Cut the cabbage into suitable pieces and steam them for 15 minutes. Place the cabbage on a plate, add a spoonful of rice and a small dab of ssamjang, and wrap it up before eating. Cabbage wraps can be enjoyed in a variety of ways by making fillings with ingredients such as kimchi, tuna, or beef.
2. Steamed Cabbage and Tofu
For two servings, prepare 4 cabbage leaves, half a block of tofu, half a bell pepper, 1/3 of a carrot, 1 shiitake mushroom, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of starch powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of sesame oil, 0.5 tablespoon of soy sauce, and half a cup of kelp water.
Blanch the cabbage leaves in a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Rinse the blanched leaves in cold water and drain them. Mash the tofu, wrap it in cheesecloth, and squeeze out the moisture. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, then finely chop it along with the carrot and shiitake mushroom. Combine the mashed tofu, bell pepper, carrot, and shiitake mushroom. Add the minced garlic and a pinch each of salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the blanched cabbage leaves evenly with starch, add a suitable amount of filling, and roll them up. Secure the rolls firmly so that they do not come apart. Bring the kelp stock, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a pot. Add the prepared cabbage rolls and cook over medium heat for about 15 more minutes.
3. Cabbage Coleslaw
Cabbage coleslaw is great as a salad. For coleslaw, prepare 1/4 head of cabbage, half a bell pepper, a little carrot, 1/4 of an onion, 4 teaspoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Finely chop the cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add the prepared mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper, and mix. Once well-combined, the super simple cabbage coleslaw is complete. If you keep it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, the texture of the cabbage will be even better.
