How to make tteokbokki and seasoning sauce: Baek Jong-won, Kim Su-mi, and Altoran recipes

Baek Jong-won's Soup Tteokbokki Recipe from 'Home Food Baek Seonsaeng'
Ingredients: Anchovies, tteokbokki rice cakes, fish cakes, green onions, kelp, gochujang (red chili paste), sugar, coarse red chili powder, soy sauce, fish sauce
1. Prepare a handful of dried anchovies, stir-fry them without oil, and grind them finely.
2. Rinse the tteokbokki rice cakes in water.
3. Slice the fish cakes and green onions into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop some of the green onions.
4. Put 3 cups of water in a pan.
5. Add the anchovy powder, kelp, tteokbokki rice cakes, large-cut green onions, 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of coarse red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and fish cakes, then boil.
6. Add the finely chopped green onions and boil until the broth reduces.
Kim Su-mi's Tteokbokki Recipe from 'Sumi's Side Dishes'
Ingredients: Fish cakes, gochujang, sugar, tteokbokki rice cakes, boiled eggs, ramen, honey, sesame seeds
1. Put 700mL of water in a pot and boil.
2. Slice the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 750g of tteokbokki rice cakes, and 2 boiled eggs to the boiling water.
4. Add the ramen noodles and ramen seasoning powder.
5. Add the fish cakes and an additional 100mL of water.
6. Finish with 1/2 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
How to make Tteokguk-tteok Tteokbokki from 'Altoran'
Ingredients: Fine red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, corn syrup, pepper, cabbage, green onions, onion, carrot, chili pepper, fish cakes, anchovy broth, tteokguk rice cakes, soaked glass noodles (starch noodles), boiled eggs, minced garlic
1. Roughly slice 2 cabbage leaves.
2. Split 1 green onion down the middle and slice into 4cm pieces.
3. Slice half an onion into large pieces and 1/4 of a carrot thinly.
4. Cut 2 chili peppers and 2 sheets of fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
5. Make the seasoning sauce with 1 cup of fine red chili powder, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of corn syrup, and 1 tablespoon of pepper.
6. Put 1L of anchovy broth in a pot and add 400g of rice cakes.
7. Add the seasoning sauce in a 2:1 ratio of broth to seasoning sauce.
8. Add the fish cakes and vegetables and boil.
9. Add 300g of soaked glass noodles (starch noodles), 2 boiled eggs, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, then boil.
