How to Make Delicious Hanwoo Striploin Chapaguri
Ingredients: 1 packet Neoguri, 1 packet Chapagetti, 1 piece striploin, olive oil, salt, and whole peppercorns
1. Cut the Hanwoo striploin into bite-sized pieces, then season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add water, the dried vegetable packets from the Chapagetti and Neoguri, and the kelp to a pot, then bring to a boil.
3. Add the Chapagetti and Neoguri noodles and cook.
4. Sear the seasoned striploin until it is still pink inside.
4. When the noodles are about 70% cooked, drain the water, leaving just a little in the pot.
5. For the chapaguri seasoning ratio, add all of the Chapagetti seasoning powder and about half of the Neoguri seasoning powder, adjusting to taste.
6. Mix the noodles with the sauce and top with the seared striploin.
7. Add assorted vegetables, a fried egg, or truffle oil according to taste.
