2. Place 3–4 dried chili peppers in the middle, and add about 3 more on top.
3. Mix vinegar and soy sauce in a 5:5 ratio in a large basin.

6. Put the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
7. Add 3 tbsp of brewed soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tsp of red chili powder, and 2 tbsp of water, then mix to complete the tofu seasoning.
8. Flip the tofu.
9. Thinly slice the onion and sauté it in olive oil.
10. Pour the seasoning over the tofu being fried.
11. Place the tofu on a plate and top it with the sautéed onions.
