How to make bacon-wrapped rice balls
Bacon-wrapped rice ball ingredients: bacon, rice, carrots, onions, zucchini, salt, sesame seeds, cooking oil
1. Finely mince the carrots, zucchini, and onions.
2. Prepare about three-quarters of a rice bowl each of the combined vegetables and the rice.
3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan, add all the vegetables at once, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
4. Once the onions become translucent, add the rice, mix well, and stir-fry, then add a tiny bit of salt and half a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
5. Once fully cooked, transfer to another bowl and spread the rice out to let it cool slightly.
6. When the rice has cooled enough to be handled, put on sanitary gloves and shape it into ovals.
7. Cut the bacon in half, place the rice on one end, and roll it up.
8. Once all are rolled, lightly grease a pan and place them with the bacon seam side down to cook.
9. Once the seam is cooked and sticks, roll them over to cook all sides until crispy.
