Ingredients: Black tea bags (or black tea powder), water, milk, cinnamon powder
1. Put about 200ml of water in a pot and boil it.
2. Once the water boils, add one spoonful of cinnamon powder and stir well.
3. Once the cinnamon powder is well dissolved, add black tea bags or black tea powder.
4. Boil for about 3 minutes, then add 180ml of milk and mix well.
5. After adding the milk, turn off the heat once it starts to boil.
6. Taste it, and if you want it sweet, add an appropriate amount of honey or sugar to your preference.
Making Milk Tea Jam
Ingredients: Black tea bags (or black tea powder), 500ml heavy cream, 1L milk, 50g sugar
1. Put milk and heavy cream in a pot and boil.
2. Once the milk and heavy cream have reduced, add the sugar. At this time, if you prefer a sweet taste, you may add more sugar.
3. Add the prepared black tea bags. For 1L of milk, 4 to 5 tea bags are appropriate. If you want it strong, you can add more.
4. After steeping for about 10 minutes, remove the tea bags.
5. Continue to boil while stirring until the milk tea jam reaches a thick consistency.
6. Reduce it until it reaches a consistency where it sinks in a clump when dropped into water.
7. Once fully reduced, let it cool slightly and put the milk tea jam into a pre-sterilized jar.
