About Pork Dishes
For pork dishes, it is best to buy pork that is bright, glossy, and pale pink, with ample fat and thick lean meat. When cooking pork, it is important to trim the fat appropriately. Removing all the fat can make the meat dry and diminish its flavor. Like pork kimchi stew, braised pork with kimchi also contains kimchi; pork duruchigi and pork jjageuli are among the other pork dishes that can be enjoyed without grilling.
About Kimchi Dishes
Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented food made at home and consumed by many citizens as a major side dish. Among them, napa cabbage kimchi is an essential ingredient used in dishes like kimchi japchae, kimchi kalguksu, and aged kimchi gamjatang, while sour kimchi can be eaten in dishes like stir-fried sour kimchi or kimchi pancakes.
