FLARE U's WOOJIN and Liv Challenge Themselves with Janchi Guksu and Xiaolongbao... Even a Game for a Dishwashing Bet

Members WOOJIN and Liv of the group FLARE U have revealed footage of them spending their holiday enjoying cooking and games. In the video titled 'FLARE U Leisurely EP.2' uploaded to the YouTube channel 'FLARE U', the process of the members cooking for themselves and playing a game to bet on dishwashing is captured.

Challenging Janchi Guksu and Xiaolongbao, "The ingredients are perfect"

In the video, the members decided to cook to celebrate their holiday. WOOJIN stated he would make Janchi Guksu (banquet noodles) because noodles signify longevity, while Liv challenged herself to make Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings). Mentioning a past experience where ingredients melted during the cooking process, Liv said, "I have prepared with perfect ingredients this time."

Various episodes unfolded during the cooking process. WOOJIN used chicken stock while preparing the ingredients for the Janchi Guksu, and Liv demonstrated the process of making 'soup jelly' to create the broth, which is the core of Xiaolongbao. During the dumpling-making process, Liv explained, "Making dumplings is like a piece of cake for me, so I was able to acquire this skill in a very short time."

The members shared their thoughts on the completed food. Regarding the dumplings she made, Liv said, "I tried to put the broth in well," and WOOJIN, looking at the finished Janchi Guksu, said, "It came out looking like actual food." The members finished their meal by sharing the completed dishes together.

Honest daily conversation: "It's hard to cook at the dorm"

After the meal, the members talked about their life at the dorm. WOOJIN confessed that he feels stressed when cooking at the dorm because the kitchen is too narrow and becomes a mess. WOOJIN added that because cooking at the dorm makes the house too messy, he has no intention of cooking and suggested just boiling ramen instead.

Liv also showed her interest in cooking by mentioning her experience of going to another school during middle school to learn cooking. The members mentioned the cleanup from the cooking process and naturally transitioned the conversation to their next schedule.

'Skewer Master' game with a dishwashing bet

After finishing the cooking, the members started the board game 'Skewer Master' to decide who would be on dishwashing duty. In the video, the game proceeded with the rule that the person who gets the highest score wins.

The gameplay involves quickly making skewers according to the instructions appearing on the screen. The video captures the process where, when an order comes in, they must quickly complete it by skewering the ingredients and saying, "Enjoy your meal." The members showed intense focus during the game, and finally, Liv, who obtained 22 points, emerged victorious, confirming the result of the dishwashing bet.
