KwakTube visits Miami, the setting for GTA 6, comparing in-game locations with real-life views during a pilgrimage

YouTuber KwakTube has embarked on a journey to visit Miami, United States, which is speculated to be the setting for the game 'GTA 6', comparing the game's scenery with the actual appearance of the city. According to a video on KwakTube's channel, as a fan who has been waiting for the game's release, he conducted a 'pilgrimage' to major points in Miami, which is presumed to be the real-life model for 'Vice City (tentative name)', the game's setting.

Miami streets and accommodations resembling game scenery

Upon arriving in Miami, KwakTube noted that the city's atmosphere is very similar to the game's setting. Looking at the street scenes lined with palm trees and buildings, he expressed amazement, saying they looked exactly like the scenes in the game. In particular, he visited an accommodation with an atmosphere similar to the hotel that appeared in the first teaser video of GTA 6 (at the 32-second mark). The accommodation offers an ocean view, and KwakTube conveyed the local atmosphere by explaining that it costs about 200,000 won per night.

During this process, KwakTube communicated with locals and expressed his interest in the game. In the video, he shared his feelings, saying that because he was conscious of the locations being from the game, everything felt strange, as if they were NPCs (non-player characters). Watching the Miami night streets where people enjoy drinking until late at night, he even joked that playing the role of a GTA protagonist might be difficult.

Cuban sandwich tasted in Little Havana

On the second day, KwakTube moved using a rental car for a full-scale pilgrimage. As if experiencing the elements within the game directly, he rented a sports car with money and drove along the roads. The next place he visited was the 'Little Havana' area in Miami, where Cuban culture is infused. He enjoyed the unique local atmosphere while checking if this place could be connected to the game's setting.

After visiting a restaurant in Little Havana, KwakTube ordered a 'Cuban sandwich'. He showed interest in the fact that despite the difficulty of obtaining actual Cuban ingredients due to the suspension of diplomatic relations between Cuba and the United States, this place is called a Cuban village and provides Cuban food. After tasting the ordered sandwich, KwakTube expressed his satisfaction. He explained that the sandwich was about twice the size of a regular hamburger.
