Through a recently uploaded video on her YouTube channel, Kim Min-kyung captured the process of a food tour that includes tteokbokki, bibim dangmyeon, fish cakes, and the famous restaurant Lee Jae-mo Pizza at Busan Bupyeong Kkangtong Market.

Tasting Kkangtong Market's Representative Foods: Tteokbokki and Bibim Dangmyeon

As soon as she entered Kkangtong Market, Kim Min-kyung visited a tteokbokki shop that uses rice cakes. In the video, Kim Min-kyung tasted tteokbokki containing many ingredients such as shredded radish and carrots, mentioning the thick texture of the rice cakes and the flavor of the sauce. She conveyed the atmosphere of the scene while pairing the tteokbokki with the provided fish cake broth.

Next, she tasted bibim dangmyeon, one of Busan's representative foods. After tasting the bibim dangmyeon, which contains pickled radish, fish cakes, and chives, Kim Min-kyung explained the soft texture of the glass noodles and the sour taste. Despite sweating due to the hot weather during filming, she showed herself enjoying the market food.

Kim Min-kyung visited a shop selling various types of seonsik (grain powder) and tasted seonsik containing black beans, black sesame, and chamomile. She expressed her opinion that the seonsik is not overly sweet and is savory, making it good to enjoy as a breakfast substitute.

She also visited a fish cake shop that has continued its history since 1876. Kim Min-kyung mentioned that this shop is located where Chairman Lee Jae-yong stayed, and she tasted the shop's signature menus: fish cake bugak (chips) and fish cakes with meat stuffed inside fried tofu pouches. She conveyed the characteristics of Busan fish cakes, mentioning the bouncy texture of the fish cakes and the clean taste of the broth.

Suggesting a Takeout Method to Reduce the Wait for Lee Jae-mo Pizza

After finishing the market tour, Kim Min-kyung visited the famous Busan restaurant Lee Jae-mo Pizza. Due to the long waiting line at the main branch, Kim Min-kyung chose takeout instead of dining in. She mentioned that there are four Lee Jae-mo Pizza locations within this alley and proceeded with a takeout order at the Busan Station branch.

Kim Min-kyung added, "If you really want to eat Lee Jae-mo Pizza but the waiting is too long, I recommend taking it to go." After receiving the takeout pizza, she mentioned the aroma of the cheese and the smell of the pizza, showing anticipation for the pizza's characteristic of being delicious even when it gets cold.
