TWS's HANJIN and SHINYU Experience the Scents of Self-Made Perfumes While Looking at Pre-debut Photos

The members of the group TWS had a time to create their own scents based on photos containing memories from before their debut.

Sharing memories while looking at pre-debut photos of Han River and Everland

In the released video, the cast members had conversations while looking through photos taken together with the members before their debut. One member presented photos taken when they all went to the Han River together before debut and photos taken at Everland. In particular, looking at photos that felt like film photography, they shared their impressions that the sentiment stimulated nostalgia. Additionally, while looking at debut album photos taken with HANJIN, they reacted that their hearts felt a bit aching seeing the bright smiles.

Making perfume by combining image keywords

The members selected keywords for perfume production based on the colors and atmosphere felt from the photos. One member picked yellow and gray as the colors of the photos, and chose keywords such as 'peaceful', 'beautiful', and 'youthful' for the feeling of the scent.

SHINYU, while looking at the photo taken with HANJIN, thought of keywords such as 'lovely', 'fresh', 'clean', and 'purity'. He then mentioned regarding HANJIN, "He has the energy to make someone who thinks I am very lovely smile," adding the opinion that a sweet scent or a clean powder scent would suit him. One member shared the changed image of HANJIN, saying, "He had a calm, dignified, and delicate image, but as we live together, I see him playing quiet pranks as time goes by."

Utilizing various fragrances such as pear, lemon, and musk

In the full-scale perfume production stage, the members used various fragrances. In the video, the members combined their own scents while mentioning fragrances such as pear, musk, cotton, sandalwood, almond, aqua, grapefruit, sage, basil, and lemon. In particular, one member participated in the production process by mentioning specific fragrance names, such as combining pear with musk and cotton or utilizing sandalwood. One member completed the production using lemon fragrance.
