2 Days & 1 Night Season 4, Entering a Sleeping Mission Where Ringing a Bell Means Failure
In the latest episode of KBS's variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4'…

KBS variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' heightened the tension with a group mission to decide on indoor sleeping at the base camp. In the 'Body Nourishment Tour Part 2 #2' video broadcast on September 13, 2026, a scene was captured where the members arrived at a large-scale accommodation and were guided through a sleeping luck-of-the-draw mission. On-site, reactions of "it's a mansion" emerged regarding the base camp, and the members responded positively when asked if they liked the accommodation. However, even with a nice accommodation right in front of them, indoor sleeping was not guaranteed.
Wearing Bell-Attached Helmets While Connected by a Rope
The sleeping luck-of-the-draw presented that day was 'Walking into Sleep'. The rule was a method where all members move while wearing helmets with bells attached and being connected to each other by a rope. If the bell attached to the helmet rings during movement, the mission is treated as a failure. After checking the sensitivity of the helmets, the members felt the difficulty, reacting with sentiments such as "won't it ring just by breathing?" The production team created a situation where they had to move carefully step by step, and warnings were exchanged among the members not to shake their heads.
Must Find the 2nd Floor Attic Sleeping Ticket to Succeed
The destination of the mission was the second floor of the base camp. The members had to pass through the front door, find the attic in the room on the second floor, and finally succeed by obtaining a sleeping ticket. Additionally, a condition was added that they must personally carry their own pillows with their respective stickers attached. It was a group match where they had to care for not only walking quietly but also the movement path connected by the rope, the bell-attached helmets, and the transport of individual pillows all at once.
An explanation followed that there are a total of five rooms in the base camp. Every time they fail, the number of available rooms decreases by one, and the number of challenge opportunities is set to five. Since failing all five times would result in a situation where they have to sleep outside despite having a good base camp, the members showed a cautious atmosphere even before starting. While someone predicted a scenario where someone might end up sleeping outside, at the same time, there were remarks that they could succeed all at once. Ultimately, the members headed to the second floor to begin the full-scale challenge for indoor sleeping.
