Facility investment to expand grape size... First launch of 'Extra-Large Size' bags
NongHyup EcoAgro has recently diversified its product sizes to reflect the demands of fruit farms. In the video, Jeon Seong-bo, the production team leader, stated that facility investments were made to increase the size of the eco-friendly grape bags, which were previously supplied mainly in size S. Through this, starting this year, in addition to the existing sizes, they have begun selling 'extra-large size' products for the first time in the industry, along with size M.
The newly released extra-large size bags have expanded the range of choices for farms producing large-sized fruit. In the field interview, an explanation of the new product's functionality followed. It was emphasized that the product is effective in protecting crops, as it not only functions to prevent pests and diseases but is also designed to allow pesticides to permeate sufficiently well. Kim Wan-jin, a manager in the sales team, is working hard on field sales by conveying the excellence of the product to farms based on this technological capability.
An eco-friendly agricultural materials specialist helping to increase farmers' income
Beyond simple manufacturing, NongHyup EcoAgro is focusing on developing new products with the goal of increasing farmers' income. Jeong Tae-gyu, the management team leader, performs the task of analyzing and establishing corporate strategies, while Kim Wan-jin, a manager in the sales team, joined the company after passing a high competition rate of 150 to 1 and is communicating with farms in the field.
Lee Jong-uk, the president of NongHyup EcoAgro, defined the company's direction as "an eco-friendly agricultural materials specialized production and distribution company that makes agriculture sustainable, enhances farmers' benefits, and contributes to increasing income." He also explained the business direction, stating, "Currently, there is a need to expand the business to achieve economies of scale, and we must produce agricultural materials centered on the benefits of farmers." President Lee added that he would maintain a cooperative attitude so that farmers can visit and communicate at any time.
Partner-like management for sustainable agriculture
The members of NongHyup EcoAgro perceive the company as a relationship of 'sharing joys and sorrows' and as a 'partner' that helps the growth of agriculture. In the video, employees used expressions such as 'sharing joys and sorrows,' 'partner,' and 'first love' toward the company, expressing pride in taking responsibility for the green future of our agriculture through the production of eco-friendly agricultural materials.
President Lee Jong-uk expressed his determination to move forward together with farmers by communicating with them as a life senior and a workplace senior, beyond labor-management relations. The video concluded by highlighting the sweat of EcoAgro employees who run machines day and night in unseen places and worry about quality improvement for the bumper crops of farmers.
